Second CPU causes errormessages

After i added a second CPU and applied the MPHAL patch and reinstalled SP5 i still have some problems with the machine..

I first get an errormessage (as viewd in CIM):

Processor Correctable Error Threshold Passed (Proc 0, Socket 2)

After which i get two severe errors:

An unrecoverable System Error (NMI) has occurred
Blue Screen Trap (NT BugCheck Data=STOP: 0x00000050)

Which cause the server to reboot.

I really have no idea where to look for the problem. Of course it has something to do with the recently added second CPU because that is the only thing that has changed the configuration. I know that when i remove the second CPU the system runs fine.. except off course it's performance.

Could this be a problem with the CPU or with NT? Perhaps both?

Have you tried swapping the CPUs around and running on the second CPU as a single CPU? Should eliminate the CPU if nothing else.
