Second Processor

How do add a second processor with the newer versions of Smart Start the NTSSD folder nolonger exists. Within NT I am unable to get NT to see the second processor. What is the procedure for upgrading to a second processor??

Hi Matt,
NTSSD has been renamed as NTCSP under CPQSUPSW. The procedure to add a second CPU is different depending upon the Operating System. Please contact our Tech Support for further assistance at 1-800-OK-COMPAQ.
