Second processor

I try to use a ML350 G1 Board outside a Compaq chassis. Feature Board is installed an it runs with one PIII 1000 and the adapter in the second processor slot. When I insert a second PIII 1000 the board doesn't start (the processor is ok, the board starts when it is in the first slot). Must be something more be configured to use a sec. processor?

Re: Second processor

Did you install a second ppm for the second processor? This might cause this issue.
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..

Re: Second processor

Thank you,

second PPM is installed (but perhaps not working? I try to exchange between the 2 PPM's to see if the problem follows the PPM's)
