First you need to get a cache/BBWC upgrade on the controller and then you will have the raid5 features availabe on the P410.
For 256MB memory you should buy the 256MB cache 462968-B21 and the battery kit 462969-B21 (you need both parts)
For 512MB memory you need 534916-B21 (it includes cache and battery)
After that you will have the raid5 option available. Now to convert from raid0 to raid5 you have to have all 3 disks in one raid0 array (not 3 separate raid0 arrays with one disk in each) and you must not be using more than 286GB of raid logical volumes (no more than the equivalent of two disks)
