Server 2003 with slipstreamed SP2 won't install

Hi,

a 2003 SP2 slipstreamed installation stops on several 320/380 G4/G5 after text mode setup with a BSOD ("SESSION5_INITIALIZATION_FAILED"). The necessary RAID controller drivers are included via [OEMBootFiles] and txtsetup.oem which worked fine with SP1.

Any hints?
