Server 2012 on ML 350 G4p

Hello

I have an HP ML 350 G4p with the xeon 3 ghz cpu and 8GB memory currently running 2008 server. Will it work installing server 2012 on this server?

Is it 64bit?

The G4p is 64-bit hardware, so it "should" support the OS, but this is the oldest of the 64-bit rack-mount ProLiant (7 years?) and it definitely isn't in HP's support matrix:

So, while it might run, I'm not sure it would be a supported configuration with either HP or Microsoft.  Not a great answer, but there you are.

Yes, it works on my G4p. But only 2012, not 2012R2!!!
