Server 530ML and SSl1016 backup device

Hi all.
We are have ML 530 with 5300 Smart Array, Gigabite 6770 NIC, LSI22320-HP ULTRA 320 scsi card. I want connect Autoloader SSL1016 with Ultrium 460 drive to this server. What is the best place for all this cards in bus?
I need biggest speed for backup from network servers.
Install NIC and SCSI card to 64-bit/66MHz and 5300 card to 64-bit/33MHz?
Or if I'll use integrated SCSI for SSL1016 will unough?

Main rule
You need split between buses
Anything what installed on the same bus (one or more cards) will share: speed, resources.
Slowest card will slow down entire bus to designed speed + share.

SA5300 64 bit 66 MHz
NC6770 & U320 64 bit 133 MHz

I would go with

SA5300 First to right slot & LSI at second keep them at Secondary Bus and NIC for Bus 3

Maybe NIC will be better instal in second 64/66 slot? Becouse almost all backup will be from network servers with gigabit NIC?
