Server Agent CPQSM2 on ML530

After startup, the system log on my ML530's running Win2K server contain the following warning:

Source: Server Agents
Event Id: 266
Description: The Server Agents service could not initialize agent "CPQSM2". The data contains error code.
Words: 0000: 00000001

This seems to have started since installing cp003221.exe as part of Proliant Support Pack for Win 2000 version 6.30A dated 23 Apr 03.

Is anyone else seeing this error,what effects will manifest themselves because of it and are there any suggestions for a fix?
