Re: Server Alerts
We have multiples tools for monitoring the Server. For individual Server in located in remote location IRS is the Best for Hardware monitoring. For Multiples Server in the Same Environment SIM was the tool being used. However HPE has come up with new utility called HPE One View to monitoring all the Hardware components. This can be used to monitor storage , Server , Enclosure etc .. (DATA Center can be Managed using one Utility)

Re: Server Alerts
Insight Remote support will monitor your hardware and if it is contracted or has warranty it will automatically open a support case.
