Server Console Switch

I am having big problems linking console switches togeather.

Out of the three linked pairs, one won't work - always displays first slave port, on works sometimes, last one locks up frequently.

Are there hardware version compatability issues ?

I have tried latest firmware, but no change.
H/w versions are 0.0.8, 0.1.1, 1.1.10 (dual console)

Hello,
If two of the Console switches are functioning properly then may be the third one is defective. Please call Tech support at 1-800-OK-COMPAQ to verifiy the warranty.
