Server DL380 G3 2.8 hangs on restart or bringing down

Server Netware 6 is running but sometimes it hangs. Sometimes it runs for two weeks without problems and sometimes it stops twice a day. We had this problems when it was a Netware 5.1 SP6 server. We upgraded it to Netware 6 but SP3 will not install, the server hangs during the installation(in coping files 0% stopping processes EDIR). Always when we restart, reset or down the server it hangs completely(only the power button can shut it down). We have installed all the drivers, firmware and novell patches in this world but the problem still exists. In smartstart quicktest we get 2 failures: 1st no floppy
2nd Post device: Post test
1785 drive array not configured ran on cpu 0 error 800404.

I hope someoneone has experienced the same and can help us solving the problem

Did you install the latest bios?

Is there a tapelibrary atached to the system?
