Server DL380G6 not boot after Update Firmare

After Total Update Firmare: BIOS, iLO, SmartArray 410i (in Windows Server 2003 by HP Update manager - with option: load formware from hp.com) - server reboot and more not boot. Stop on message:

Slot-0 HP SmartArray P410i Controller initializing....

after 5 min - message

"Non-System disk or disk error"

and not boot from Smart CD and not boot from Maintance CD - stop on step 2 (Loading Drivers)

I'm having the same problem at this moment.
I installed the firmware with the Firmware CD (8.25) (disabled hp.com check) and then rebooted the server. Instead of booting, the server hangs on Initializing.

Anyone who knows how to solve this problem?

After references in HP Support to me have replaced system board in this server.
