Server Freezes or reboots

Has anyone ever come across the following situation. The server will freeze up and will have to be shut down, or it will just reboot. ASR only kicks in once out of 5 or 6 times. There are only 2 errors in Event Viewer, one is in System, CPQSDM and the other is in application. Proxy has a service problem with NtLmSsp.
