Server HP ML350 failed 1 hdd in raid5 array

Hi.

I got ml 350 ( raid 5 array with 4 hdd). Now this server down and 1 hdd disk displays red light. I turn off, replace one new hdd and turn on but nothing happen. I go to raid 5 configuration (by press f8 when server turn on) and one disk'status is "REPLACEMENT". I left it about 10 hours but nothing happen.

I restart server, press F2 (Press F2 to accept data loss and re-enable logical drive) and now state of raid 5 is "RECOVERING", and one disk'status is "REPLACEMENT", 4 hdd disk display red light (blink).  My data will lost ??? I must wait to complete RECOVERING or other way ?

Pls give me some advice!

Now status of raid 5 is OK, 4 hdd status is OK, but 2 disks still display red light (1 new and 1 old). I dont know meaning of this. Now i can continue start or wait ?

The both drives are most probably defective and replacement will be needed, but You can attach an ACU report here and I can take a look on it.
