Server Hang DL380G4 on DAT Connection to internal SCSI port 1

Hi im trying to use the internal SCSI port 1 on a DL 380G4 to connect an HP external DAT72 (Q1523B) by HP SCSI cable (C2362B).

When i connect the SCSI cable, the server hans
when i disconnect the SC SI cable, the server re-runs

The O.S. installad is RedHad Linux 4
