Server Locks up and reboots once a week

We are currently running NT 4 sp 6a and Exchange sp2 on our dual xeon 700 with 1gb of memory. After approx a week the server just reboots itself with no error messages if ASR is on (other than ASR detected by system ROM) and if I turn ASR off it just locks up totaly with no error messages at all. Is this a common problem as I see someone else has posted something similair...

I experienced the same problems with DL580 with NT4.0 Sp4 and Lotus Notes 4.6.7 on it. All Firmware and drivers are up-to-date I will install SP6a soon to see if there is any chance to avoid those crash with a newer Service Pack.

I am one of the other people having a similar problem. What kind of hardware do you have in your server?
