Server Reboot Loop

I am install Win2k advanced server on a Proliant 5500r, the server goes into a reboot loop after all files have been copied and it tries to start up Win2k setup, can someone shed some light on this.

I am having the same problem, except mine is with a Proliant 800 server - only after installing the second processor and PPM (dual 600MHz / PIII). After Windows 2000 completes the first stage of installation, the system goes into a reboot loop when it reaches the "Starting Windows" logo screen.
