Server SKU or Match for G4 Cluster Package 2U Server

I'm working on a bill of materials that includes the 380G4 cluster package. The other servers in the B.O.M will also be the 380G4, I'd like them to be identical to the servers used in the cluster package. What is the best way to know what the match is for the server used in the cluster package vs. a stand alone 380G4?

i Guess main concern SCSI or SAS as they use different backplane and for SCSI you have duplex or simplex, next would be array cache module with BBWC or not, PCI riser cage type and remaining part like memory CPU, HDD goes by model
