Server Update Manager 9.10B
Does anyone know how to make this software work? It seems pretty unstable and frustrating to work with so far.

Re: Server Update Manager 9.10B
We did do software only and was able to update just the tape drive driver without an issue, so it├в s not completely broken.

Re: Server Update Manager 9.10B
Is there anyway you could zip up the contents of the %TEMP%\hp_sum directory, remove any .bin and .exe files from the zip file and attach it to this post? This could lead us to understand what could be causing the problem.
Thanks.

Re: Server Update Manager 9.10B
You should be able to open Explorer and type %TEMP% in the path. From this directory, there should be a hp_sum subdirectory. If the %TEMP% doesn't work, the directory is normally something like c:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\1\hp_sum. If you are using a userid other than Administrator, just change out the name in the directory path. If you are using a remote desktop connection, the \1\ may be \2\ or another number as assigned by RDC.
Regards,
Michael
