Server boot-problem

We took down a server for a memory-upgrade, and now it doesn?t boot, with or without the new memorymodule.
It halts after the POST, when the operatingsystem (WindowsNT) should start, with no error messages. Just a black screen with a flashing cursor on the upper-left.

I can boot from a floppy with no problem.

Any idea?

this is a known mirosoft issue....go to the following url for method:
