Server can't start after reboot

Hi,
I have the some problems with my server - each time I reboot the server, I have to wait 1-2 min before I can restart the server. The server have the latest system bios rom 09-27-00
Can anyone help me ?

What is displayed on the screen while you are waiting for the system to boot? What is the exact hardware configuration of the system? Do you have an array controller installed with an array of hard drives? If so, the array controller has to go through an initialization process for the array, every time you reboot the system. This process and take several minutes depending on how many drive you have.
