Server crashing after running ProLiant Support Pack 8.40

I have a HP ProLiant ML350 G4p running Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 and Exchange 2003.

This morning I ran the ProLiant Support Pack for Microsoft Windows Server 2003 (multi-part download) 8.40 (Mar 2010 psp-8.40.w2k3.i386.exe).

I have no idea how to fix all the erros I am suddenly getting below after I reboot. The first thing is the HP Foundation crashes. Any idea? Thanks.
