Server goes to Legacy BIOS mode after reboot

Hello 

I have HP Proliant DL360 G9 server with System Rom P89 V2.52 , im insist on using UEFI mode but i dont know why after rebooting the server it loads with legacy bios mode and system says after another reboot everything goes well , any idea to troubleshoot this ?

I would first try resetting the system to factory defaults,  either through the RBSU option, or SW6 on the system boards.

Are you sure you don't have some process calling any of the system utilites that can change RBSU values via the OS?
