Server hang problem

My server hang intermittently early in the morning with this message on event viewer.
The previous system shutdown at 2:22:26 AM on 09/05/2002 was unexpected.

It has W2k Sp2 , Arcserve 2000, Domino R5

Any specific task running at that time ?
The error means that an ASR was detected ( the system restarted after hanging )
2 causes : Hardware malfunction or Software freezing.
Maybe try desactivating ASR in Bios to capture error message.

I disabled ASR but the server did not able to log any message when the server hang again . Domino task running when it happen is SchedMgr and last time it is Design task. Arcserve2000 is doing a backup for the notes db using notes again when it happen.

please help
