Server hangs at proliant splash screen only on warm boot

I have a Proliant 360DL G5. On cold boot it boots up fine. On warm boot, it hangs at proliant splash screen and goes no further until I recycle the power. Ran complete offline diagnostics and everything passes. All firmware is up-to-date. Bios is current (dated May 09) Have reset bios to default values. Windows support pack current. All suggestions or insights welcome.

see your IML logs, if configured. It's low level hardware logs during the system bootup. to access IML you need to:
1- Use SmartStart and go to maintain server.
2- Configure iLO and access from a web browser.
