Server hangs every weekend

Hello, I have problem with server Compaq ProLiant ML350 G2. Server hangs every weekend - LED still lights, no screen on monitor, Fans runs slowly. The only thing I can do is turn off the power by turning UPS off. After restart server runs fine for few days. I have no Idea now. Server is Novell Netware 5 with sp 6a. It looks like some suspend mode.

Any specific application running at that moment ( or task ) and any errors logged by system ( ASR .. ) ?

There is no errors in logs in netware or in ASR. I tried to stop cpq agents, but server hungs again ( last night - on Monday ). Only the power Led lights but only half light. Server must be unplugged, otherwise it don't not start.
