Server is gone whe UPS starts

hi i have a problem.
when the power is off and the ups support the server this is gone to black screen and i see an alarm in the front panel, one of the lights is in red the power supply.
i dont know what is happening caus the server is working fine but when i cut the poer and check the ups the sever just send a blac screen and red light in the front panel
i changed the ups 2 time, the brand is Tripplite

do the batttery test on the ups ,its in the manual , and do the self test,

i did it in one of the ups i saw the carge is fine in the second is overcharged.
buti dont know what is happening

ctake ups offline charge like it says in manual feks 72 hours then set it up with servers ,,etc

we did it but i dont know whats is happenning i think maybe its a problem with the time so response the ups when dthe power is off.. you think is possible the brand of the ups is tripp lite regards
