Server is sporadically rebooting. ASR detected by System ROM. Unexpected shutdown

I have a proliant dl380 G2, After a while I get a blue screen and makes shut down.In the logs of HP Systems Insight Manager appears the message "Server is sporadically rebooting. ASR detected by System ROM. Unexpected shutdown".
someone can tell me a solution to this problem?.

that error usually is a System board issues, memory issue, ...

My Proliant Dl 580 G7 also suffer the same issue, as per this article (http://h20566.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/template.PAGE/public/psi/mostViewedDisplay/?sp4ts.oid=4142916&spf_p.tpst=psiContentDisplay&spf_p.prp_psiContentDisplay=wsrp-navigationalState%3DdocId%253Demr_na-c00793836-32%257CdocLocale%253Den_US&javax.portlet.begCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken&javax.portlet.endCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken) it suggest me to upgrade the PSP to the latest version.

So I wonder if this can resolve the issue or just a work around ?
