Server reboots automatically, same time every AM

I have a rack mount DL380 Server, configured RAID 5, NT NOS patch 6. The server seems to reboot every morning. This is a copy of the message;

Sys: E 'Thu Mar 22 02:17:56 2001': EventLog - " The previous system shutdown at 2:07:59 AM on 3/22/01 was unexpected. "

Can anyone tell me if I need to download a patch or whatever to fix this problem...much obliged

If u r using any remote management software (like pcanywhere etc.) try uninstalling this or apply the latest patches available..
