Server reboots continuously

We are performing boot via PXE and after that when it's trying to boot via fuel(VM) bootstrap image , the server starts to reboot continuously

We have HP DL 360 servers

Please confirm what generation the HP DL360 server is and what is the OS + version that you are trying to install on it?

Does the server reboot if you leave is at the BIOS screen?

The boot logical volume is failed or disabled.
You can check it from within the SSA.
