Server reboots (resets) every few seconds after login

IML logs show : Uncorrectable Machine Check Exception (Board 0, Processor 1, APIC ID 0x00000004, Bank 0x00000003, Status 0xBE000000'00800400, Address 0xFFFFFFFF'81174B71, Misc 0xFFFFFFFF'81174B71)...

Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Sure but doesn't you agent or ILO status tell you what's wrong. I would say faulty memory but the agent or ILO should tell you which module it is.  (Memory DIMM).
