Service Control Manager Event ID 7022 - 7001 (x2) - 7031

When starting our brandnew Compaq DL 380 with W2K on it ( with SP2 ) we get the following errors in the eventlog:

Service Control Manager Event ID 7022 - 7001 (x2) - 7031

The system also hangs some time when booting.
On a second DL380 with ( hopefully ) the same configuration, this error message is not present. What did I do wrong ?
