Service Pack for Proliant Firmware update

Hi
I'd like to update Firmware using SPP
2016.10.

As-is version is lower version

As-is version is as follow

Server Model: DL380P Gen8
Bios: 2013/03/01
ILO: 1.51
RAID Controller: 3.54

I need to update the version is
Bios: 2015.07.01(B)
RAID Controller: 8.00
ILO:2.50

Is it possible to directly update using 2016.10 SPP?

I need your help

After you update P420i Raid Controller Firmware version 8.00, you don't experience any issues?
