Service Release 6.6 installation on Service pack 2

We currently have HP DL380 G4 Server with Windows 2003 Service Pack 2 installed. Is it possible to install the HP Service Release 6.6 on this machine? We are having issues with the machine OS freezing and requiring reboots. DCOM eventid 10010 errors fill up he event log.
