Setting IRQ for Proliant DL140 NIC under DOS

I need to boot up a DL140 using a DOS boot disk and I need access to the NIC using standard IRQ values (e.g. 2,5,9,10) for a legacy software system. Is there a way to manually assign an IRQ and port value to one of the Broadcom NIC's? On previous computers I have used BIOS or a setcard program to do this but only with a standard NE2000 compatible ISA or PCI NIC. The DL140 only accepts PCI-X cards so I cannot use a standard PCI NIC. Any help would be appreciated.

You may find what you need in the RDP Remote Deployment Pack software for ProLiants.
