Setting up RAID 1 in ProLiant ML110 G6 X3440

I have installed HP branded Windows Sever 2008 R2 Standard with the instructions from the Easy Setup disk. How do I set up RAID 1 with a second hard drive installed in the system? Also what is the procedure to install additional 6 G of RAM to the existing 2 G? Thanks. Clement
