ShadowProtect ML330 G6 ipmidrv.sys

I am testing moving out Microsoft SBS 2003 from it's current server to a ML330 G6 using StorageCraft ShadowProtect. The Recovery Environment is finding all the required drivers except for ipmidrv.sys.

Any ideas where I can get this file?
