Slow performance HP Proliant DL360 Gen10 P408i-a SR Gen10 RAID5 HDD

Hello, i have a slow performance with the HP Proliant DL360 Gen10 P408I-a SR..

4 x 3TB HDD's in RAID5..

I have in the same controller 2 personal SSD disk in RAID1 and here is the performance of normal..

With the Logical Disk 2 i did a test with CrystalDiskMark
Read: 613MB/s (i think normal)
Write: 3.15MB/s (this is not good)

here my controller settings:

Hello,

Please follow the below documents.

HPE Smart Array SR Gen10 User Guide ( follow the page No#37)

http://itdoc.hitachi.co.jp/manuals/ha8000v/hard/Gen10/SA/879006-004_en.pdf

The controller cache ratio setting determines the amount of memory allocated to read and write

operations. Different types of applications have different optimum settings. You can change the ratio if:

• The controller has a cache that uses backup power (HPE Smart Storage Battery or HPE Smart

Storage Hybrid Capacitor), and

• There are logical drives configured on the controller.

The default of 90% write to 10% read is the best ratio for most workloads. Workloads that are highly

sequential reads or reads from most recent writes may benefit from a higher read percentage.

NOTE: Update the SA P408i SR controller firmware with the latest 3.21,because latest firmware so many critical fixes.
