Sluggish performance on DL360 Gen9 during and following SSD Sys drive replacement

New DL360P Gen9 server just had SSD OS drive replaced (Win 2012R2). Server performance - patchy responsiveness during array rebuild and still the same after rebuild completed.

Should there be any noticeable loss of performance during a rebuild - ie, GUI very sluggish and continuing after the rebuild is reported to have completed?
