Smart Array 5i Controller with Status Ready fro Rebuild

Hello,

I have a Smart Array 5i Controller ina Proliant DL380 G3. In the Raid 5 set, one of the drives failed. We replaced the drive and the controller started to rebuild the raid set. However, it is now saying Ready for rebuild and the drive light on the new drive is no longer flashing. We reseating the new drive a couple of times but so far it has made no difference
