Smart Array 5i configuration and check consistency
Hi, I have a HP Proliant DL380 with integrated controller Smart Array 5i. I would like to know how to change the advanced settings for this controller (cache write back / cache write trought / stripe size for logical drive) and how to run check consistency on logical disk that I have created. If I enter in the bios of the controller i can only view/create/delete logical disks but I cannot change advanced configuration settings for the controller.

Re: Smart Array 5i configuration and check consistency
You can change all of these settings using the Array Configuration Utility (ACU). The ACU can be accessed offline by booting to a SmartStart CD (pref. 6.x). You can also use the ACU online in NT by downloading it at: http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/14185.html
