Smart Array 6402 Controller Failure

I have ML-370 G3 server with SA-6402 contoller

on boot up it display

1783-slot 2 drive array controller failure!
Command Failure (cmd=0H, err=00h dlu=0da:1FH)

I think you have a defective raid controller. Report a hardware case at HP.

Remove controller and test in second server no cables connected to it or clear nvram in initial and test in the different slot with no SCSI cables connected
