Smart Array B110i SATA RAID Error

Hello,

I need help troubleshooting error code 352? in the HP ACU. I cannot setup a RAID array with the installed disks on a DL320 G6 Server. However, the ORCA utlity does allow me to setup a RIAD array but only 160GB of each 1TB disk is detected. Any help in this matter would be appreciated!

Thank you.

Re: Smart Array B110i SATA RAID Error

Hi - IT-FFL

The HP Smart Array Hot Plug Advanced Pack for B110i provides the raid support for the embedded SATA controller. The Hot Plug Advance kit is a License to enable the RAID support on Hot Plug models. It supports up to six 3G SATA hard disk drives. It will support a maximum of two (2) logical drives. It supports Raid 0, 1 and 1+0. To get started, the HP Smart Array Hot Plug Advanced Pack for B110i is part of the Smart Start. This is designed as a Smart Array and will use ACU CLI and option ROM for creating logical drives.

Please, try update the firmware  using SPP .
