Smart Array Firmware F1 Prompt

Does anyone know how to turn of the F1 prompt when the Smart Array firmware is out of date?

if F10, use Ctrl+A and search for F1 Option or under from F9 from post, depend on the server

can you update firmware ?

Sorry i forgot to mention the key factor.. i do not want to restart the server..

If you can't do that now, than apply online firmware and say NO when it prompt you for restart, update will take affect only later if you restart server.

Hi,

You should be able to do an Online firmware update to the SmartArray controller.

You will need to reboot the server at some point, but you could schedule it to a convenient time...
