Smart Array P410 Array+Logical Drive Expansion ?

Hi there, sorry for that more or less easy question, but I need a confirmation and some answers.

Smart Array P410 with BBWC WITHOUT "smart array advanced license" (in a DL180 G6):

Can a existing RAID5 with 4 Disks be expanded later by installing 8 more disks in the server in ACU?

I've seen, that "online capacity expansion" is only an availible feature with the SAAP license. But didn't found any clear description.

Looking at the quickspecks in the Key Features section:

I would like to know what the difference is between "Online array Expansion" and "Advanced capacity expansion" too.

as an aside I would be hessitant about a 12 disk RAID-5 volume. The problem is that rebuilds will be v.slow, increasing the probability of a second disk failure before the rebuild is complete.
