Smart Array P440ar Embedded Slot error

Hi,

I get below warning message.

772 Smart Array P440ar in Embedded Slot has one or more cache module batteries/capacitors that are recharging. Caching operations such as Expansion, Extension, and Migration are temporarily suspended until the batteries/capacitors are fully charged. Caching operations will automatically resume when charging is complete.
856 The cache for Smart Array P440ar in Embedded Slot is disabled due to a cable error from the Smart Storage Battery.

please help me on resolving this error. thanks.

Good Day. If the server is operational then check the firmware of the controller if it is updated or not. If the server is not functional then we request you to log a support ticket with us as possibly this could be because of an issue with the controller, cache or the battery cable.
