Smart Start CD hangs at loading plug and Play devices

When trying to configure my server the smart start CD Hangs at loading plug and play devices.
*History I have been runnign this server for a while when I got the bad slot one processor error. So I replaced the motehr board and get a 169 configration error and a 172 nonvolital memory error. What I am tryign to do is just get the sustem to recognize my orginal setup and boot to my set configuration again w/o reloading every thing and loosing my raid config and all my data.**

This is a compaq proliant 3000 with smart start ver 5.5
