Smart Start hangs while loading

I downloaded the most recent Smart Start for my DL360.  I burned the iso and put it into the drive.  When I start the server, Smart start loads, gets through it's progress bar, and then hangs.  The progress is full, and the HP logo is still showing, but I have nothing else.  It just sits there.

Any ideas?

A quick update.  I tried it again.

I notice that the progress bar (which has no text, so that's not helpful), completes all the way across, then the screen flashes, and the progress bar is reset.  It stays on that empty bar indefinitely.

I downloaded the smartstart for a dl360 G5. I have a G4.

Documented so my stupidity may help others!
