Smart Storage Battery
I have a Proliant DL360 Gen9, last week I had a failed message on the Smart Storage Battery Status, it read Degraded. Search online and came to the conclusion that the Smart Storage Battery needs replacement. I order a new one, and installed it. But the error message still display Degraded, and now the status under Storage says Degraded/Cache Module Status, so now I have 2 errors. Current firmware version for the Smart Storage Battery: V1.1

Re: Smart Storage Battery
Hi @jvelarde
Ensure that battery is connected/seated properly.
Battery may not have enough charge, check the battery and cache status in ILO and also in SSA.
Update ILO and controller firmware to latest.
Share ADU log to check the status.
