Smart Update Manager Won't Load After Server Restart!!
I have been having this issue since I installed the latest version of SUM (7.5.1).
I installed it and it ran properly by opening hpsum.bat; after adding all my nodes and creating a baseline, I had to reboot the server. But once the server came back, SUM will just stay in the loading screen in the broswer. I looked around and searched for answers but nothing came up. The only way I could get it to work again was by running hpsum.bat again and it works, but all my nodes and baselines are gone now.
This happened to me a couple of times already and it still happens every time the server is rebooted.
Can somebody help me figure this out?
Is there a workaround for this?
Also, is there a way to restore all the data that won't show up?
Thanks in advance.
